Creative Outreaches  Whether the need is to assist in construction projects, medical clinics or community unity, the demand for our services domestically, as well as oversees, has been extensive. ALU is available to partner or lead any type of creative outreach. Many of our creative outreaches have been humanitarian efforts but we have also partnered with other organizations in the inner city and economically deprived communities, providing programs to enhance the quality of life for those living in the community. ALU has traveled to Honduras, Dominican Republic, Blytheville, AR, Pine Bluff, AR, Harrison, AR, and has received recognition from the mayor of New Orleans for our contributions and efforts in aiding the victims that were left hopeless due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. We desire through our efforts to share hope and inspiration to those we are serving by equipping them with the tools they need to change their world. A Hope Now A Hope Now is designed to help rural and urban areas in Arkansas, the United States and across the world. We supply each area with a variety of services to meet the communities’ direct needs. It is our goal that every person involved in our outreach be genuinely regarded as a ‘guest of honor.’ Our approach, demeanor, and attitude toward our guests are a sincere expression of the love we have for them without regard for age, race, or physical appearance. A Hope Now outreach includes grocery distribution, a meal, activities for children, and live entertainment. At each outreach, volunteers are mobilized in order to touch our guests in a tangible, compassionate manner. A Hope Now partners with local organizations that can provide long-term support, resources and encouragement. This partnership unites communities and provides a platform for touching lives and bringing hope to an entire community of individuals and families. |
